We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional Office Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for individual that are self starters, tech savvy and have strong work ethics.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist in daily tasks Answer incoming calls and transfer them appropriately Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments Organize and schedule appointments, maintain contact lists, prepare appointment calendars, and manage appointment scheduling software Prepare correspondence, faxes, letters, and forms for patients, insurance companies, or providers involved in billing and collections Set monthly goals and achieve them Assist patients with requests for services or prescriptions Perform other duties as assigned by the doctors
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 15 yrs experience in Dental field, dental software or related medical field.
High school diploma or Associate degree preferred.
Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work in a team environment.
