Monday - Friday, variable Salary:
Based on Experience Experienced front desk /chiropractic and therapy assistant wanted for our busy, growing chiropractic office.
Candidates must have a friendly, energetic personality with a respectful, ethical, and professional demeanor.
You must be self-driven and highly motivated, sharp, aggressive, organized, dependable, and career oriented individual; as well as be a multi-tasker, willing to take on various responsibilities.
We are looking for a team player with a desire to learn.

We will train in our St Charles location.
Work will be performed primarily at our Bartlett location.
Job Duties:
Welcomes patients by greeting them, in person or on the phone.
Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Educates patients about Chiropractic treatments, and answers basic chiropractic-related questions correctly.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by rotating patients from one therapy room to another.
Obtains patient Insurance eligibility and benefits.
Ensures patient cases stay up to date on payments, from both the Insurance and patient, as needed.
Follow-up with Insurance Companies regarding any billing issues, as needed.
Pursues patients who have lapsed in treatment by making calls.
Cultivate and represent the doctor at new and existing outreach events.
Create marketing materials and email communication.
Managing and assisting all patient therapy procedures.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Customer service, phone and computer skills are a must.
Experience with insurance billing, ICD-10, Eclipse software, and chiropractic office experience a plus.
Skills tested before hiring.
