- Carve and slice various cuts of meat according to customer preferences and specifications - Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat dishes - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing cutting tools and surfaces - Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meat dishes - Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating meat inventory - Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food industry
Experience:
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their characteristics - Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members Job Type:
