Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to provide comprehensive sales support, including preparation of sales materials, data analysis, and follow-ups.
Assist in maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports to aid decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and ensure smooth sales processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information and solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and relay feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to facilitate seamless.
Utilize your proficiency in SAP systems to support sales efforts, addressing technical inquiries and explaining how our solutions integrate with SAP platforms.
Assist in providing demonstrations or technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with potential and existing clients on behalf of Regional Sales Directors.
Ensure all necessary documentation and materials are prepared and provided to clients in a timely manner.
