$100K-$110K (may be negotiable depending on experience) Bonus eligible:
10% (discretionary based on performance) Location:
Suburb of Chicago / approx. 1 hour northwest of the city Work Schedule:
100% in-office Needs to have:
BA Accounting 3
years' accounting experience / 2
years in management Strong GAAP Financial analysis / problem solving Team leadership & mentoring Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Critical thinking and strong analytical skills Process improvement Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred:
