The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of tasks to support and enhance the operational efficiency of multiple companies.
This role requires a proactive approach, with responsibilities ranging from administrative support to strategic project management.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of digital and physical documentation systems.
Support various administrative tasks for business operations, including client management, content review, and campaign management.
Engage directly in educational initiatives to understand the unique selling points and operational needs of each company.
Help provide research, discovery and execution around personal brand building as it relates to social and other media channels.
Provide strategic input and manage projects across the diverse companies within the portfolio.
Facilitate personal tasks for the entrepreneur as needed, including travel coordination, banking, and other errands.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to meet the changing demands of the role, including local availability for specific tasks in Bartlett, IL.
