Repair Dispatcher/Scheduler

Pay Rate: $16-17/hr
Status: Full-time, contract-to-permanent
Customer Support Coordinator (Scheduler)
We have a need for a Customer Support Coordinator (Scheduler) in our client's Technical Solutions group. A successful candidate would need:
Prior scheduling experience/scheduling software (1 to 3 years minimum)
Very good communication skills
Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel
The candidate would be scheduling installations and break/fix calls for a specific geographic area. They would need good communication skills as they would have to deal with a variety of people including salespersons, project managers, technicians, and customers to provide good solid customer service.
The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
